“Location A. Accommodations D. Incredible views with bald eagles soaring above but this is less tiny home and more base camp. Anyone with physical limitations this is a NO GO. WiFi is spotty at best and hot water is very limited. It’s all good if you’re there to sleep and use the house as a jump off. Amenities are limited but it’s all depends on what you’re there for. Owner was responsive but the “house” is what it is. Description could be better. ”

“We stayed at this retreat in the woods for a 3 day concert run at Bethel Woods. It was clean, quite & close to the venue. The yard was huge and we spent lots of time at the fire pit. Our favorite beach on the Delaware River was only 12 minuets away so we spent our days river side. Plenty of parking and the host was very helpful with our questions. We will definitely be rebooking!”

“I have stayed at a lot of vacation rentals and this is by far the cleanest, most comfortable one I have ever had the pleasure of staying at!! Immaculately clean, super thoughtful perks, very comfortable beds. The place was stunning 10/10, no room for improvement. Highly recommend!! :)”

“While the interior of the house was nice, our stay was completely ruined by a not friendly host and unacceptable living conditions. The host locked the thermostat and shut off the AC during a heatwave, leaving the house over 100F. Despite explaining that I had two senior citizens with me who were in physical distress from the unbearable heat, the host refused to turn the AC back on remotely. They told us to open the windows, stopped communicating entirely, and told me to take my complaints to...

“Very roomy interior, very charming and came well equipped in the kitchen. It was a little warm in the common areas since there was no air conditioning in that area and just had a dehumidifier to keep it comfortable. The exterior could use some cosmetic improvements. The outdoor chairs by the river were mismatched and had not been cleaned. The deck had also not been swept or treated in a while. The directions were a little unclear but once we found it, we could use the brown park signs on...

“Woods Edge is a in a gorgeous setting with some wonderful amenities. We enjoyed a short family vacation here and especially appreciated the indoor fireplace and the hot tub. It was magical to be soaking in the tub with snow falling around us! Pinecone Stays provided some great recommendations in nearby towns, and we really enjoyed exploring the area.
